Yaboga seeks to increase health and vitality by emphasizing a mind/body connection. Through primal postures and working positions Yaboga seeks to Still The Mind, Move The Body and, of course, Eat Real Food.

Comprised of “working” and “fighting” movements, Yaboga is not an external apparatus that is taught; rather a response that is remembered from thousands of years of surviving.

By assuming and strengthening these survival postures along with focusing the mind on a new ritual of health, Yaboga improves our level of fitness and reconnects us with the primal soul that DOES fit within its body and IS prepared for the chaotic world that awaits.

It is the balance of the body’s systems that is the key to sustained health. The modern day disconnect between our minds and bodies is the primary system interruption that affects every other body system we need for sustained health.
